Switch from Cronometer

Export Your Cronometer Data and Import It into MacroTrackr

Bring your diary history with you while moving to a faster, macro-focused tracker.

Export from Cronometer

  1. 1

Open Cronometer Account Settings and find Account Data.

  2. 2

Choose Export Data, select the date range, and export diary servings as CSV.

  3. 3

Save the CSV without changing its column headings.

Before you export: Use the servings export for meal-level history. A daily summary has less detail.

Read the official Cronometer export instructions

Preview, then import

Upload the servings CSV. MacroTrackr detects dates, meal groups, foods, and macro totals for review. Nothing is written until you confirm the preview.

Create account and open importer

Free, no card required.

Now set your targets

Your history tells you what you have been eating. These work out what you should be, and need no account.
